Droneskaki is honoured to conduct a special training session with the Malaysian Rubber Board (LGM/MRB) in support of technological advancement within the countryโs rubber plantation sector. This training focuses on the use of drones as a modern tool to enhance field monitoring efficiency, data collection, and systematic estate management.
The program began with a theoretical briefing that introduced participants to the key components of a drone, basic flight principles, and its technological applications within the rubber industry. Participants were also exposed to aerial mapping methods, crop image analysis, and how drone-generated data can support more accurate decision-making in plantation management.
Following the theory session, participants proceeded to hands-on field training, where they were guided through safety procedures, pre-flight checks, flight control handling, and mission planning using specialized software. Through this practical experience, participants were able to observe how drone technology simplifies the monitoring of rubber trees, identifies problematic areas, and improves the overall efficiency of field operations.
Throughout the session, the staff from the Malaysian Rubber Board demonstrated strong interest and commitment. Active discussions and interactive practical activities made the training more engaging and impactful. Droneskaki greatly values this collaboration as it marks an important step toward strengthening the plantation sector through the adoption of modern, efficient, and sustainable technology.
Overall, this training not only expanded participantsโ knowledge of drone technology but also opened opportunities for long-term collaboration in modernizing the countryโs rubber industry. Droneskaki hopes that initiatives like this will continue to contribute to the improvement of quality and productivity within Malaysiaโs plantation sector.
